Joey was the best! He appeared on time and with a smile. I was stressed because my last day as a tenant in my home the master bathroom ceiling collapsed. He took photos, videos, contacted the property owner to explain the issues and suggested others that could help repair the damage. He helped me secure the house and offered to move things into my car. Bravo!!! He also is preparing a quote for a new roof and skylight. The presenting issue was caused by the a/c unit.
