All in all I can’t complain they were pretty good. Chris came to give the estimate, his customer service and people skills were great. They are fair in price, the work was scheduled out by about a week for the first job and my new panel put in the second week. Everyone in my home was respectful, punctual and got the job done quicker than expected. I would and have recommended them already. Thanks again.
FINALLY!!! Someone you can TRUST! I have been going through a HORRIBLE time with my new home! Shocked in the pool. Shocked in the hot tub. Brand new washer and dryer does not work! Hired two other local companies who scared me into believing it was on Duke's side. Even had to file a complaint with the PSC. Luckily after many visits from Duke, they suggested me to contact Live Wire and I was VERY lucky to get Dale T to come out! Very professional! Really knows his stuff! Did not make me feel like the electrical idiot I am!! Explained everything and I really believe we have really fixed the issue this time! I am very appreciative of the professionalism and the knowledge he displayed! I am very confident that in one visit, he was able to fix the issue! Thank you Live Wire! The power went out in part of my home. Duke Energy sent Live Wire as I subscribe to their wiring repair program. It took a couple visits to locate/fix the problem because apparently my wiring is somewhat atypical but the technicians were dedicated and could not have been nicer. Philip is very knowledgable and informative. Thanks to him I now know much more about the wiring in my home. William was also informative, responsive and kind. They performed a solid repair and also checked all my outlets, reporting on their condition. They were efficient and tidy. I am very grateful for their assistance.
