This was the second company I called out and boy do I wish they were the first! Sean was extremely professional and explained everything in detail. No high pressure sales! Totally recommend
Seth was great! Found my problem (which could have been crazy expensive) but it was something stupid instead. Perfect opportunity to turn something little into a big bill but no - it didn't even go over the basic trip charge. Plus, fixed my running toilet for $20 parts, and still all the labor was still covered in the trip fee. Happy camper here! (And I have never been given a bill with such perfectly legible hand printing - draftsman quality!) Will use The Drain Team again! Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing leak detection
