United Air Conditioning installed our new A/C system three weeks ago. The project went very smoothly from estimate through install. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our new system. Just a few days ago, on a Saturday, an error code displayed on our thermostat. After monitoring this for a small amount of time, it became necessary to call for service. The service tech was onsite within an hour and quickly rectified a loose connection within the A/C system getting us back up and running within minutes. We are very pleased with the service and support we received and highly recommend this company.
Ernie, a very capable young man, executed the annual servicing to one of our rental unit condos.. Could not have been more pleased by his excellent work. Last 2 times I’ve had an issue with my AC i have called United AC. They are the standard of AC repair. The techs that completed the repairs (Dustin and David) are top shelf individuals. Both repairs together totaled roughly $500. A year ago I had another company say i needed to replace my system quoting me around $6000. It’s difficult to trust your home to a corporation.
