Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $200 cash to replace one piece in my toilet. I do NOT appreciate being taken advantage of because I am an old man just shy of 74 years old. If you do your research (which I initially did NOT do), you will discover that this company apparently likes to take advantage of the elderly. $50 of the $200 I actually did pay him IN CASH to replace a $20 piece in my toilet (with no receipt and no written estimate OR receipt for the additional proposed job either, was an estimate to install a sink. For the sink installation, I was given the highly inflated prices an option of paying $2,500 to have the sink installed without a permit, and $3,500 to install the same sink with a permit for a job he assured me he could complete in four hours. On 5/16, I called Broward Plumbing to repair a leaking pipe in an apartment that I have rented out. The plumber and the company representative "David" arrived on-site that evening to provide me an estimate and repair the pipe. Via telephone, I was told that an entire section of the room needed to be changed/re-transitioned from Poly to Pex piping (this is also written in the attached invoice) and quoted me $1500 to do the job. I agreed and paid. The following morning I asked for pictures of the job, once received I noticed no piping was changed as written in the invoice, only a spot repair (patch) was done on the existing pipe. I went to the property and did an inspection only to confirm nothing was transitioned or changed as written in the agreement, only a patch was done.
