I’ve been using Cool Air for the past 6 years and so far they have gone above and beyond when it comes to servicing my A/C unit. Their technicians are fast and they take their time to explain everything in the work order so there will be no surprises on the invoice. I’m sure like many other people it’s very bad to have your air conditioner. Go down during this hot summer. Well I called COOL AIR and they’ve sent a technician out at 7 o’clock at night. He was on time very professional and courteous. He fix the problem within a half an hour and told me some things that he when he needs to do to make the unit perform better and safer. I am so happy with the results. He finish quickly and I couldn’t me happier with him or with COOL AIR I thank you so much for the help.
