Have shopped here in past years-always wanted a Tiffany style floor lamp-none on display on floor when I visited. Salesperson helpful with my request-selection offered-am now proud owner of Beautiful lamp! 2 week wait as projected. Thankyou Besco! Always come here for lighting needs!

Needed a torch lamp repaired because the socket broke in a fall. The glass torch shade had shattered, as well. The specialized bulb had broken, too. Besco repaired the socket - to my surprise and their credit, there was no charge and I didn't argue. However, when I asked about the glass shade and bulb, there was no interest in helping me. One would think that a lighting store would at least try to help me locate these lighting-related items even if they didn't have them. Heck, I'd have paid more to have them locate & procure these things, but their people just didn't seem interested. Perhaps a sign of the times.

Jason at Besco Lighting Center is the best! We drove all the way up from Winter Haven for a chandelier part and he jumped right in and got us set up with the right piece. He and their staff are very kind and very knowledgable!
