Dunstan Plumbing

Had a plugged kitchen sink line (not in the trap). My brothers and I tried snaking, plunging, etc. for a whole day... no joy. Had to call in the professionals (Dunston Plumbing). Tony and his helper (Brandon) were out within two hours, and had the problem fixed in 45 minutes. Super nice guys, very professional, they even left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and all at a fair price. You cannot ask for better than that! Highly recommend. Thanks guys! I had a serious back-up in the piping of my house. Everything was clogged. John arrived early and got right to work. He was very professional and informative of the situation. I own a property in Leesburg and my tenant reported to me that the bathroom was flooding. Water was coming up from the floor underneath the toilet. I was in dire need of somebody to help my tenants immediately. Dunstan plumbing says on their website they do 24 hour emergency work, but told me over the phone that they would not help me. They simply said they were worried that I would not pay them. I offered to pre-pay but they said they don’t do that either. I have never done business with them before, so they had no idea who I was and if I would pay or not. I am somebody who always pays. It’s unfortunate that they do business like this. I have zero confidence in this company. Do not call them for emergencies!
