I use Red Wrench Plumbing for our property management company. They are responsive and have done everything from replacing a hot water heater to fixing a running toilet. He has good prices too! Thanks Craig!
Never showed for appt. When I called and said it was a first impression - no call he’d be late and just not showing up on time - he hung up. Never to be heard of again. This was a whole house repipe. No confidence if he (Craig) got the job he’d show. Don’t care if there was a plumbing emergency because a simple call would of been understood and appreciated.
Installed a cast iron tub perfectly into a very tight space. Had other plumbers in to look at the job and most said that they couldn’t do it or they would have to really tear apart the walls to possibly get it done. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing (he’s a master plumber) and is familiar with all the last technologies. Highly recommend and would use again.
