We had used Chris about three years ago to paint the inside of our home and he did a great job. We hired him to put down luxury vinyl floor tile and a vinyl backsplash over our existing tile backsplash. Our first mistake was not asking for a written estimate which we never received nor have we ever received an itemized bill either. Chris started the work in October and we ran out of the vinyl backsplash and then the order was delayed. That was not his fault. We had our son and his wife home from Guam for the month of November so we put off having him come back to finish the job while they were here. We have been trying to reach him since the first of December and I finally had a text message from him last week after I threatened to write a negative review and he texted me to let me know that if that would make me feel better to go ahead and do it. This does not make me feel better but again he refuses to respond and we have a half finished backsplash. What would make me feel bette

Chris was quick to respond and repair the issues. I am very please with his service/work and I plan to continue working with him. Thank you!
