Aqua Care Water Treatment and Plumbing

This company was excited to come out to replace our water system as well as treat our well water that had an odor. They came out quickly and even promised to service it before we even signed a contract. They ended up replacing our system inside and out. Few months later, there was a shortage of water running through the house and when we called we were told that we couldn't be serviced because of distance. This was not true since in the past they came out to replace our system and didn't say a word about this whilst they were installing. Another company came out and we were told that multiple things were done wrong like the filters and the alleged new tank (which had a removed UL sticker so we had no way to figure important information like the expiration date, manu. date, etc.) So now the tank and switch have to be replaced. We called Aqua Care again and they said that our warranty was up even though when we called previously, we couldn't be serviced so we couldn't even take advantage

Abysmal company to say the least. The work was sloppy. The office is rude. They over charge for everything and they are not even in your house for more than 10 mins. They fix minimal things, definitely no plumbing experience. For real issues call a certified plumber. Be very caution and weary they seem like professionals but they are not. Stay clear of Aqua Care.

Our rental company hired Aqua Care as a third party to fill the salt in our water tank. Upon calling this company Debbie the receptionist was incredibly rude to me on the phone. She talked to me with an attitude every single time I had to call. She also questioned me living alone when asking if anyone would be home for the tech when he showed up for the service. I said I would be at work and she questioned it like there was no way I could be living on my own. Worst service and rudest person I've ever had to talk to, extremely unprofessional. No issues with the service tech, but receptionist was incredibly rude and made my experience with Aqua Care terrible and I will continue to relay that to everyone I speak to about them.
