This review covers the estimating visit by Drew Kinnee to discuss repair of a flat roof that has leaks where it interfaces with the main roof of our house. Drew listened while I told him the history of our problem. He then described what his company could offer as a solution and guarantied it wouldn't leak when they were done. Then he prepared an estimate and the price was less than I thought it would be. Finally he prepared a contract agreement and I signed electronically. He told us when to expect the work to be done and I look forward to everything being completed as well as the estimating experience was done.
