JS Watson Air

We are new to the area and did not have an HVAC company established. When calling the office to request services, they were very friendly and efficient. John came out to service our unit and check a couple of things for us. He was on time, performed the requested services and gave us recommendations. He did not attempt to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. He is running an honest, fair business and we will not hesitate to use JS Watson Air for our future needs. First, Dawn was so professional and personable when she answered my call. She was able to understand my issue and get to the root of my needs. Second, John, the owner, personally came out to diagnose the issue and gave me multiple options for the fix. They respond quickly, provide updates for your service call, and explain in a way you can understand.

Friday morning I called A few AC companies to see when I could have our AC fixed . I could not believe they could not come until Monday or Tuesday! You could imagine my frustration Then I found JS Watson Air on Google maps. The call was picked up on the second ring and a friendly voice answered. She assured me she would get right back to me on a schedule to fix the AC. Within 10 minutes she called back as promised and was able to fit us in today! I was so relieved. John Watson and Jack arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and courteous. John was able to resolve our repair in no time.
