Started off great, but things went downhill quickly after the initial roof installation was complete. The job was left unfinished with several defects in workmanship. The crew returned and did additional damage in attempting to repair the defects. After meeting with the supervisor, he said he would return the next day and make corrections. He never showed up or called me. The following day he returned for a short time and did not correct the specific issues we discussed. In total, I gave them four opportunities to correct the problems before I decided to write this review. I even had the misfortune of speaking with one of their managers who told me I was breaking the law by not paying them (for an incomplete job with several defects) and as a result they would place a lien on my home. Central Homes Roofing just finished our replacement roof and what a great job they did. Robert did an excellent job staying in communication and making the process super easy and is a man of his word!
