Central Homes Roofing did a great job in our re-roof job. Simon, who worked with us each step of the way was awesome. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up daily after each shift. We have a large roof with many cuts so it was a several day job. Simon and the company were responsive to any issues and communicated dumpster and material deliveries very well. They also had to remove and reinstall our pool Solar which was done along with the re-roofing. Overall this company was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a large roofing job like we had. The black gutters we chose were also an added benefit that gives our house better definition and lines. Thank you Simon for recommending that as well. Excellent company. My experience with Central Homes roofing was excellent. JC Wilensky was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Ryan, the superintendent on the job and his crew were also excellent and efficient. They had our roof done in two days and made sure it was done correctly. Started off great, but things went downhill quickly after the initial roof installation was complete. The job was left unfinished with several defects in workmanship. The crew returned and did additional damage in attempting to repair the defects. After meeting with the supervisor, he said he would return the next day and make corrections. He never showed up or called me. The following day he returned for a short time and did not correct the specific issues we discussed. In total, I gave them four opportunities to correct the problems before I decided to write this review. I even had the misfortune of speaking with one of their managers who told me I was breaking the law by not paying them (for an incomplete job with several defects) and as a result they would place a lien on my home.
