Watertight did an excellent, thorough job with our roof. They went out of their way to take care of all aspects of getting us a complete and leak proof roof including arranging to have the old chimney enclosure totally redone. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. They took care of every detail. Murray was always helpful and responsive, patient with our questions and available whenever we called. Watertight Roofing replaced a roof for us in Westchase in 2015. They did an excellent job at competitive pricing. Fast forward to now ... we purchased a home in Odessa which also had it's roof replaced in 2015. And then we found a small leak. We called Shaun Bernstein to take a look to see what he could do. Given the age of the roof, Shaun recommended calling the contractor who replaced the roof in 2015. He figured they might honor the warranty for us. If they wouldn't, Shaun said to call him for the repair. Well, Shaun was right. They are fixing the leak under the warranty. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Shaun putting the customer first.
