We just bought the, not in it 30 days yet and the Septic tank was full and backing up into the house. After spending all day Wednesday calling through the "emergency Septic tank pump" list on Goggle and getting told "trucks are in the shop, we can't get to you till Friday or next week"!. We even made an appointment for the next day (as a backup) with A1 Septic, and they took a same day emergency Septic problem in Southport over our emergency appointment. Glenn Salyer came through for us. They should be at the top of the list on Goggle, so no one else has to experience the disappointment and run around during an emergency situation like we did.

Giving a 1 because cannot give a 0. Zero customer service is exactly what I got. Had an appointment on wed to pump a tank the could not come for light rain, could not come Thursday for light rain, could not come Friday because another customer had an emergency guess they decided mine was not. When I ask I was told we won’t be servicing you and she hung up the phone. DO NOT DO NOT use these people or you will be left hanging

Sewer pump truck was parked completely across my road which is a dead end street. I was blocked in on dead-end street. Driver could have pulled 3 feet back and gave through traffic one side of the road or asked his customer to move his vehicle sh he could pull in further instead he chose to block the entire road so I could not drive to take my son to his doctors appointment. I will never call this company for services. I used them back 11 years ago when I bought my house had a new pump installed in my grey water tank less than a week later they wanted to charge me a service call on a pump they installed and only a week after! I can see this company's respect for the public and customers as well has not changed one bit. I would give 0 stars if I could.
