We’ve been using Rousso’s ever since we bought our house 2-1/2 years ago. They’ve always been able to come out same day or next day and get us back on track at a reasonable cost. Their tech Shon has been out the past few times, which makes it nice because he knows our system and is able to jump right in to pinpoint the problem more efficiently. He explains everything clearly and answers all questions and concerns before leaving. Very professional and knowledgeable… would definitely recommend Rousso’s to everyone.
