Frederick, who analyzed our plumbing problem, is great! In addition to the issue that necessitated the visit, he made us aware of some contributing factors and other items that needed attention. It was great to speak with someone whose breadth of knowledge was as extensive as Frederick's. Here's hoping the fix work is just as good!
