I’ve hired this company several times since 2017 and have ZERO complaints. I originally hired them to install outlets, put in recessed lighting, towel warmers, and new lighting fixtures on our remodel. Rusti either oversaw or did the majority of all the work, and I have to tell you she’s meticulous with a capital M. She’s timely, dependable, and doesn’t BS or cut corners. She’s super knowledgeable and makes honest recommendations. She knows her stuff! Watts is more than fair on pricing and will never price gauge. Shame on me for not having left a review sooner, but life happens and so did a pandemic. Needless to say we’ve had other distractions, but they definitely deserve my 5 ⭐️ review. Now, we are about to install an EV outlet in our garage and of course I thought of these guys first. Just know everyone there is more than qualified to handle your electrical needs without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Watts New Electric installed ceiling fans in all my rooms, as well as my digital thermostat. The quality of their work was excellent. Rusty came and solved a few issues caused by other electricians before her, she was upfront, honest and troubleshooted carefully, was very polite, clean, and orderly. I totally recommend them, oh and they showed up on time, which is appreciated and rare here in south Florida
