Steve responded to my call within two hours and got my A/C back up and running in less than 15 minutes. Steve has been great with my tenants and with me. He is friendly and courteous and always gets the job done. I think 911 is the best! Service: HVAC system maintenance
Steve and his family are simply the best in the business...been using 911 Air for years now. Quick, friendly, honest, professional, and VERY reasonable with pricing and options. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
Owner Steve ended up breaking my AC while trying to fix it. Spilled water all over my house. Only fixed what he broke and was dishonest about coming back to fix it. Ended up costing me over 100 dollars and still have the same issue. Still haven’t received a phone call back from the company.
