I called last night with a broken water valve and Brian was able to show the next day and fit me into his schedule. Professional, honest price and fixed the problem quickly and double checked his work. Recommend!
Hot water heater problems - he answered the phone New Year's Eve at 7pm! Made an appointment and he was here when promised. Highly recommend!
3 stars because Brian was prompt for the appointment to assess two hot water heaters. I asked for a quote to replace both heaters. However, I never got the quote, so I cannot give a higher rating. I texted him my email address to send the quote along with a few other questions I forgot to ask during our appointment. Brian never replied to the texts. After no response, I reached out to another company for a second opinion and they were promt with a quote and installed two hot water heaters this week. B A Hamilton Plumbing sadly missed out
