Working with Celtic Home Improvement was a pleasure! What Robert promises, he delivers. Excellent workmanship by Bill and Sean! They did a fabulous job in our master bath. They went out of their way to ensure construction dust did not get into the house. They always coordinated with us for a power or water outage.
