An absolutely amazing roofing company! Matt responded quickly, honestly, and professionally to a request for an estimate, and then provided one that was very very reasonable! Another company tried to convince me we needed an entire roof replacement, but Matt said the roof was actually in pretty good shape, but just needed some tiles repaired or replaced. While the initial scheduling of the roof repair was at 2 weeks, Jeni arranged for a Saturday team to do the work. I'm so happy with the great work they did, even to the point of providing photographs of the before and after condition of their repairs! As it was, two days later the heaviest rains we have seen in years fell on our newly repaired roof, and we were thrilled that they had done the work so well! I highly recommend David Swihart Roofing!

We were selling our home and needed a few quick repairs. I called for an estimate and they were able to come that week. The estimate was very reasonable. The next week they were able to make the needed repairs. Then a month later we received a check from them, because they thought we were charged too much for the work done.
