My HVAC system stopped working and I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician came out on time and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The service charge was fair ($99) and I plan to sign up for the maintenance plan based off my experience. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

My AC at home stopped cooling. Called Del-Air for assistance, within 4 hours I had a tech on site and unit fixed in minutes... Tech double checked if all is working good and system all around for issues. Now the best part... it was SUNDAY!!! Try to find better service than that!!!

They scheduled me for a maintenance between noon and 5p - I took off work and they completely wasted my time!! They never showed up! I called them multiple times asking them when they'll be able to help and they kept reassuring me that I'll be helped "today". It wasn't until 9:30 at night they called and told me that someone to help was 30 minutes to 1 hour away!! I told them that it's the middle of the night and the call agent smugly told me "they have flashlight"! Terrible service - if you're trying to get an emergency AC repair, go somewhere else - you'll be left in a hot house and a pile of frustration!
