(Summary of this review: We have a newborn baby in a hot house, they scheduled us, didn't show up, and Karen from dispatch lied to us multiple times) They made us wait in the heat all day for an appointment that never showed up. When we called them, they read back the address and appointment time to confirm us. Then when they went to check on what happened they came back and said that no other appointments were available today and they couldn't help us until tomorrow. Then they transferred my wife to someone named Karen at their dispatch office who said that we were never scheduled at all and they didn't even have our information on file. (And she said this after they previously confirmed our own information just from our phone number) After ending that call, I called back a little bit later to find out what happened. At this point all of our information on our file was removed and they said they had our address and their system but all the other information was missing and no appointm

Anthony arrived early after I got a call that there was a cancellation. It quickly diagnosed the problem, a failed capacitor, replaced it and was completely done all within 20 minutes. Outstanding service, thank you! Service: A/C system repair

Sean the supervisor came out to do a follow-on inspection of my unit in Palm Bay. He found that the unit did in fact have a problem, pin pointed the issue, and adjusted my system to meet my family’s comfort. I really appreciate Sean for coming out and acting in great professionalism and expertise. I can now say I would recommend Del-Air and anyone from Sean’s team to service your HVAC
