David and Kevin came out to do several installs, outside lights, gfi plugs, reciprocals and a very tough fan install. Mike had originally come out to give a bid and decide how to handle the fan install on a vaulted ceiling with would plank ceiling. The original plan was not going to work once the testing of the wall to pull the wire through. David problem solved and the fan is up!! David and Kevin are both professional, and efficient. Had trouble with Generac solar installed by another company. This was a BIG MISTAKE total nightmare as other company located out of town and had very little knowledge about the system and how it operated or trouble shoot. After numerous attempts still not working properly. Called Generac support said the installer was responsible for service or needed to get another company to take care of all was covered under warranty, We contacted Eau Gallie Electric, certified dealer with Generac, and they came to our rescue. Customer service is alive and well at Eau Gallie Electric everyone we spoke to was friendly, Knowledgeable, and very efficient. Repairs were made solar system now working great. If I were to purchase and install a new solar system I would purchase the whole system, have installed, and serviced by Eau Gallie Electric.
