I am very happy with the whole process of purchasing and installing my new whole house generator. The staff were amazing. They get things done. From the sales person to the installation coordinator ( Jaimie ). The installers were polite, knowlegable and friendly and went out of their way to put the panel where I could access it and not have to move my refrigerator which required a lot more work. They went up in my vaulted attic with super tight crawl space in 96 degree weather and came out and cleaned up all with a great attitute, "Thats what we get paid for Mrs Browning". It's been years since I had dealt with any company with such good customer service.
