Upon coming home from a trip my wife and I discovered our AC system no longer working. The next morning I called Hearth & Home and was immediately attended to and put on their schedule. Their tech Sam came out early that morning and properly diagnosed our problem and provided us with multiple estimates for the new system. He was very knowledgeable about the new Energy Codes and explained why a new system was necessary over a temporary fix. They were back out the next morning and had our new system up and running by noon. The immediate attention we received really cut down on the time we spent in this Florida heat without cool AC. Sam came in, looked things over and saved us about $15,000, based on the quote from another company. He didn't see what the other guy said that he saw. Sam came highly recommended from my F.I.L., and I'm glad we called. We will certainly be calling Hearth & Home for any future issues we may have.
