PRC just finished a roof replacement at our residence. Their quote was about the same as other roofers, but their warranty was better. I also had a previous positive dealing with them, so it was an easy choice to hire them again. They did a quality job and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. PRC did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They were recommended to us by trusted friends and came through as expected. Jonathon gave us a great price and Craig was there to answer all of our questions and keep us informed every step of the way. He made sure the job was completed with excellence, even replacing our gutters when he didn’t like the way they looked after the new roof was installed. I couldn’t be happier to recommend PRC to my friends.

I’ve been let down twice by this company. The first time we attempted to work with them, we signed a contract and gave a check to have hurricane impact doors installed in our house as well as converting a window into French doors. After signing and giving a check, the sales rep at the time called back and said he could no longer honor that price because it was “too low” but he couldn’t give us a new and firm updated price. We ended up putting our money into a different project and did not follow through with doors at that time. Someone who took over for that guy found our check and contract and ended up contacting me about it. I told him we were putting that project on hold for the time being. Fast forward to a year later and we decided to give them another try since they had a new person (that, and we had friends who highly recommended this company because they knew the owners through church).
