Zach and his team did a great job replacing a 3 ton system for the upstairs part of our house and then coming back and replacing a 4 ton system. The quality of the work was excellent. The employees at Reynolds have been there for over 12 years. They know what they are doing and do the work as if working on their own homes. On the 4 ton system, Zach recommended relocating the unit (both were installed in the attic) to make if more serviceable and work more effectively. I was very happy with his guidance. I had quoted a few other contractors but the people that came to provide the estimates were either not familiar with what they were selling or were not capable of making decisions without getting back to someone else. Dealing directly the owner (Zach) made it a much easier process. I would highly recommend Reynolds to anyone needing AC work.

Jacob and Greg came out found the problem with the heat not working ran and got the parts and made the repair quick and easy. Both we're very polite and professional and didn't waste anytime.
