If you value your time, I strongly suggest going with another company for your needs. They have rescheduled an appointment with us 3 times. I am pretty sure there business model is “Book an appointment until something better/worth more $$$ comes along.” It’s absolutely ridiculous. We had to take off work for these appointments then they decided to reschedule the appointment last minute or just not bother coming at all. There has not been a single appointment we have had with them that hasn’t been rescheduled multiple times. If their scheduling department is that bad, then they need to find people capable of the job. No idea the quality of there work because they haven’t even come to do it yet. Had THC come out and quote for a home project. Jim Ritter was the one who was assigned to work on it and competent in every aspect of the task. He cleaned up everyday after work and kept me informed on what he would be working on the next day. I would recommend this company and ask for Jim Ritter for sure
