I am leaving this review for my neighbors who don't have access to a computer: We would highly recommend Tracy Cantley & Company. In addition to providing us with a beautiful roof, their customer service was great, from the office staff to the crew that performed the work. We found Tracy to be upfront and honest, knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Not only was the crew that performed the work very respectful and friendly, but they worked diligently to complete the job and did so in a neat and orderly manner. Excellent service and price. Tracy gave us an estimate within 2 days of my calling his company. He agreed to the time restraints as we are a student complex and needed the job completed in Dec. Tracy and his crew showed up on Tuesday and finished the job by Friday. I highly recommend them and wished I had known about his company when I replaced the other roofs. Thank you for the great job! Property has 3 roofs. After dealing with 2 other local commercial roofers; 1 roof (Perry) they took 4 months to complete, the other company took our money in March 2019 and we still didn't have a new roof (Mac Johnson) by August after numerous promises. Finally had to request our money back. Beware.

I live out of state and found this nearby company to install a new metal roof on a house I own. Not only did the roof leak and destroy the interior walls but they did not provide a written warranty. I requested the receipt multiple times for a partition lawsuit, which was not provided. Now I come to understand that there was no permit for the work so it is difficult to get insurance.
