Excellent customer service! Our roof was completed in a timely manner. Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof contractor!
William is one of the most responsive and communicative contractors I have ever worked with. He answered all my questions and was personally engaged in our roof replacement throughout the process. Other contractors only show up when it’s time to get paid. Not him. He guided the project every step of the way.
I want to start by saying that rarely nowadays you find a contractor who would answer your calls once they get the downpayment and Guillermo always do. 21 Construction is company I would recommend for all your roofing/ remodeling needs, I can't say nothing but good things about Guillermo and his crew, they are very professional, crystal clear explanation of the job and he will go far and beyond to please his customers.
