My initial service involved a junior technician who, despite good intentions, was evidently inexperienced and led to a frozen AC system overnight. What was most disconcerting was the communication breakdown, with the issue only acknowledged after I reviewed my security footage (leaking my refrigerant without telling me or mentioning it on the service report). The company's attempts to rectify the situation, including a visit from a senior technician, fell short as the root cause of the problem (a failing compressor) was overlooked. I needed to replace my upstairs central AC. I was looking for a Carrier system and this company was a recommended vendor on Carriers website. Service was excellent and pricing was fair.
