Kevin arrived approximately 15-20 minutes after talking to him. His assessment of the damage to my A/C system was thorough, along with his explanations of parts and their functionings, or lack of, was also great. How charge was also reasonable. I would certainly recommend him and be willing to contact him for further services if necessary.
I had an issue with my AC yesterday afternoon where the cold air stopped working. My friend who used Kevin previously referred him to me this morning and he was able to fit me in this afternoon and resolve the issue. I really appreciate his professionalism and timely manner. Kevin arrived within 2 hours since my emergency call on July 4, 2023. He has diagnosed the issue fast and replaced the capacitor for $300. All took about an hour and everything is working now. I appreciate his availability on the 4th of July and look forward to work with Kevin in the future.
