I cannot begin to explain our level of gratitude towards Sunlight Roofing. Hector was literally a godsend. We had a total catastrophe of a botch job with a previous roofer, that installed a roof the year before. Which ultimately needed to be ripped off completely and a new one installed. It was a huge ordeal in which our local city building and permitting department was also involved. We had been searching for a roofer for sometime and had a few estimates but based on the response and follow up I received from Sunlight Roofing/Hector I knew there was a good chance he would be our new contractor. From day one Hector was helpful, responsive, understanding and patient with our specific situation. He always followed through with everything he said he would. Hector helped us with the City of Hialeah and our situation before we even signed a contract with him. Contractors like him are a dime a dozen. As I previously mentioned he is a godsend and blessing. It was a pleasure working with him.

The first time I called, Hector answered the phone, he listened to my current roofing situation in my home buying process and offered advice. We needed 2 broken tiles fixed in order to qualify for home insurance and that same day he sent someone out to inspect it, gave us an estimate, and as soon as we said "okay", it was immediately fixed. Hector was immediately responsive to all my emails, sent me before and after pictures. When I asked for a roof replacement estimate for the future, he sent it right away, answered all of my questions on it and was patient and professional overall things! I recommend Sunlight Roofing to anyone needing any issues with their roof resolved.
