Excellent work on a complicated job. Multiple plumbers came and were unable to locate the leak in my home. New England was able to come thru. They also helped with dealing with the insurance company in completing the repairs. An unfortunate situation, with a great solution. Even thou I hope to not need the service again, if I do I know who to call.

I was referred to the New England Plumbing from another plumbing company and I’m so glad they did! John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it’s been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There’s been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty.I am renting a place and the owner was willing to just buy a new water heater and New England Plumbing saved the owner a lot of money by fixing it instead of buying a new one. I’d imagine it’s more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that’s already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward. Service: Water heater repair

New England plumbing has always been so good to us. They show up on time, always have been able to trouble shoot the problem right away and have been reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to others!
