I moved last week to a new apartment with my girlfriend. Her family recommended me to contact them to install a tankless water heater and some lights I wanted. I just became 18 years old, so not too familiar on these type of stuff. Very happy with the services they did. The work started great and everyone was courteous and professional- until the work was “completed” and the electrical panel began to give problems. I called and at the beginning they were responsive- however, I had to get another electrician involved where they informed me that all the brakes in my “new” planel were old - not the same brand as the box installed and 3 main circuits were wired together instead of.on their individual breaker. I made videos and pictures which I sent to them and they responded that the electrician who did the work didn't work with them anymore. A supervisor came to my house, personally saw all the bad work done- apologized and agreed that the work was done incorrectly- and this was the last time we heard from this company. We texted and called and our calls after the supervisor advised us that the issue would be fixed - they simply ignored all of our calls.
