Awesome experience with them! They fixed a terrible job done by another company and I am so grateful for that. The previous company was supposedly a reputable company but they installed my septic system with many mistakes from the get go. It took AAA Pro a little long to send me a proposal but it was worth waiting and I had a very good impression from the technician (Lee) . So after I spoke to owner (Edwin) I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite, I decided to give them the job which was finally done right. They fixed everything and finished quickly. I am super happy my septic tank it’s now fixed and working, and my nightmare is finally behind me. Thanks so much guys! I saw Mel pumping out a septic tank at a neighbor’s house and asked him if he could pump out my tank. He was very professional, we agreed on a fair price for pumping out my tank and retrofitting it with man way to more easily access the tank for future pump outs. Mel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The following morning Noel and Roberto arrived and installed the man way and did a great job as well and were a pleasure to work with.
