During the rains I noticed some water damage forming on the ceiling in front of my fireplace. So I spent the next few weeks scheduling people to come take a look, and getting estimates. Unfortunately none of them really worked out. They either seemed disinterested in the job, or quickly took a look at the area and said I needed to spend thousands to "fix" it, without really finding the root of the problem. Luckily in the middle of all this, I was able to get in touch with Norma to schedule something Jeff came by for the initial inspection, thoroughly scanned the area in question, and quickly found the problem. Apparently there were a few galvanized nails that had rusted over from the water exposure, which caused the small leak. He then proceeded to seal up the areas on the spot, and didn't ask for anything in return. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I had a roof leak during the last rainstorm and by chance saw a FB post/comment about this company. I messaged the person and Jeff replied back promptly. He also advised me on quick checks to alleviate the issue until someone could come to assess. Spoke w Norma (very sweet) and got an appt within a few days. Very responsive and professional. Was able to get the job done much quicker than expected. Workers were great and my roof is like new! Jeff was very thorough in explaining the issue. Would def recommend!!! We called Alego Roofing for a few issues on our home. Jeff came out for services and did an amazing job. He was a pleasure to work with, his customer service was great.
