I hired Ricardo to redo three bathrooms - I could not be happier with the results. Ricardo and his team showed up on time, kept the work area really clean, and were very meticulous with all of the details - plumbing, electrical, tile, lighting, mirrors, etc. I would recommend Alma for any work that needs to be done around the house. I wish all contractors were as great as Ricardo.

Our AC was leaking and we thought the coils needed a deep cleaning. We called Alma Maintenance on a Saturday and spoke with Ricardo, who gave us a price range for what it might cost based on the possible issues with our unit. He tried to pass by the same day, but because of our muted phone, we missed his call and thought we’d have to wait until Monday to get the unit serviced. However, we got a call Sunday morning asking if he could pass by, and after inspecting our unit, it turns out that the coils were not the problem, but instead the water pump. We have had other companies clean the unit over the years, and they have done an ok job. But this time, and for the first time in 16 years since owning the house, someone took the water pump apart and gave it a proper cleaning. The unit is now cooling a little better, the leak is gone and in all, we paid what felt like a fair amount for the job.
