Outstanding service. My AC was significantly leaking and needed emergency service. I called 5 other companies, left messages and emails to which I am still waiting a response. I called Cool Solutions, got an immediate answer, went through a a handful of Q&A and within 15 minutes got a scheduled technician to come by (BTW, it was Eddy Alvarez who took my call…tremendous professionalism). The level of service continued to impress when Jorge Ramos showed up. He took care of the problem offered a solution NOT A SALES PITCH. When Jorge left it seemed as if nothing took place even though he took the unit apart and cleaned it to the point that it looked brand new. It’s not often I write an excellent review. These guys/gals earned every bit of accolade. I recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you Eddy, Jorge, Dollys and Andrea (hope your training is on course Andrea, you are in great hands).

My AC had been broken for a week and I was starting to get stressed out. I called on Friday and I was in the schedule for Saturday! Frank was able to swing by earlier than expected and immediately identified the problem. He was able to fix the problem with replacement of the transducer. He was so meticulous and so careful to check all parts of the system. Did an absolutely wonderful job and was so kind and courteous the entire time. I needed new ducts and vents system install in my home. I could not be happier that with the service from Eddy and Jose.
