I would like to say first that I am grateful to Cool Service for the the good service, for been responsive, work responsable and their amazing customer service. When I called them I was tired of waiting months for my AC Tech. I found Cool services online and I decided to give them a chance after I read their reviews. From the beginning when I spoke with the service manager I knew that with them would be different. They came the same day I called, they did a diagnostic and they fixed it temporarily the air gap on my unit, the next day they came again to permanently fixed. When I came back home I noticed was a still a little cool air coming out they come back the next day and they finished sealed promptly that little gap. With the invoice they sent me detail pictures of all they have done on inside the unit to seal the gap. I have never had such a great service with another company, they make a difference!!! I highly recommend Cool Solutions! My AC broke and was completely fried the day before Fourth of July weekend. They responded immediately and did everything they could to try to get me up and running for the long weekend. The techs were very professional and explained everything to me. Eddy Alvarez, specifically, went above and beyond to get my new unit installed on a Saturday so that I would not have to spend the holiday weekend in the heat.
