Dion Generators especially Mike have always been so attentive and responsive even during the holidays. Taking the time to come to my mothers house at 8pm when she was without electricity. We really appreciated it and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you.

The process of having a house generator installed took 4 months from the time the deposit was made to start-up day. The permitting process moved a bit slow but once Mike said we are starting your project it was like a fast forward button had been pressed. Everything moved quick, delivery of the generator, the transfer switch, the hole for the tank, the trenches, etc. The electrical and gas crew were phenomenal and worked very conscientiously. I was with them the entire process and they were pleasing and explained what they were doing along the way. A friend is having a generator installed and he’s going on 5 months, it will be 6 months before he gets his start-up. Mile knows his business well, sometimes the communication could have been better - let him and his staff do what you hired them to do and don’t get anxious. They’ll get it done!

Mike Dion has never been a customer of ours, and it just goes to show what kind of person you end up dealing with. Buyer beware. I have already filed complaints with all his suppliers and put them on notice with the type of person they have representing their brand. Please DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Completely unreliable. The office staff is great, but unfortunately the leadership is weak and unprofessional. Do not make the same mistake I made by hiring them.
