As new homeowners, we wanted an accurate assessment of the health of our system. Steve spent a couple of hours checking everything. He then sat down with us, explained the situation, showed detailed pictures, and presented us with options.
Miami Heating & Air Conditioning showed up on time and was very thorough. Provided a good explanation regarding the status of our AC unit and did not try to sell us repairs/equipment that we did not need. We were happy with Ben's service.
I can't express how fantastic they are enough. They are consistently on time, courteous, and competent. They provide a level of personal service that I feel is lacking from the majority of other businesses, and it is something I strongly appreciate in a service provider.
