Navarro Roofing

I have been using Navaro Roofing for over 20 years. I refer them 100's of customers per year as part of my business as a contractor consultant. I have never had one customer complaint about the service received my Navaro Roofing. They always go above and beyond to contact the customer within 24 hours. They generally will have an estimate ready within days of you making contact with their company. They stand by the repairs and always come in below the average cost. They have taken care of not only my home and my family's home but all of the customers I refer as if it was their own home. It saddens me to see someone leave a bad review in spite. Given to hundreds of customers I have referred them and the great things I hear from those customers clearly there's a mistake. So anyone looking at the Google review for Navaro Roofing I would hope you would have the good sense to ignore the negative review and become part of the Navarro family of customers.

Navarro roofing is a very professional company with excellent and outstanding customer services, and most importanly, the job gets done right. I trust Ivan Navarro who was the person I dealed with. He is a great person and always there to asnwer any question. He explained every step by step of the job utilazing satilite imagines of our property which I think is a cool, modern, and accurate concept to meansure the property roof in order to provide us the price. One of the BEST companies I’ve EVER had the pleasure to work with! Unfortunately this does mean that he/they are in HIGH DEMAND, so on occasion, I have had (like others) to wait for an appt, but this pales in comparison to the level of service and professionalism we get from him/them. We’ve had the PLEASURE TO WORK WITH him/them on several properties over several years and we’ve been fully satisfied with not only the level of work but the price. Most jobs require multiple estimates to recieve approval and his/theirs always comes in at a fair price. So fair that both the owners and myself no longer feel the need to “price shop” and we call him/them the moment any issues are reported.
