If I could give less then one star I would. Please do not even think about giving these people your business. They installed an HVAC at my mother's house that needed a new part. They replaced the part w/an old one that burned out two weeks after they installed it. They charged me $400. I called them and they never came out so I was forced to call someone else to help me. I have been calling them and speaking to David and he keeps blowing me off. So in essence Norca ripped me off and I am out $400. We have been using Norca for years as my family knew the original owner (and David's grandfather Manolo), but not even our family history got David to pay attention to this. Norca Air is one of the worst companies in Miami. I had a leaking AC. They were on my building's approved list of vendors so I used them. They came and said that the AC was leaning on the stand and they would come back to fix it. We setup a time and they never showed up. They said I needed to call back another day to pick a time for a week later. My AC is leaking so much I had to put a 5 gallon bucket under it. I wake up a few days later and my whole unit fell off the stand in my closet. I'm lucky none of the high pressure lines or my water heater was damaged. I was finally able to find someone to come and fix it up on the stand AFTER I WAS IGNORED BY THE EMERGENCY NUMBER AT NORCA. The guy who came to fix it said that the last company is the reason it fell. They moved it farther off the stand until it fell. They made my AC worse instead of fixing it, they were ignoring me to setup a new time, and they ignored me when I called them to fix their mess up. Do not use this company. I would
