I have used Norca with confidence for more than a decade. Today I had an emergency and they were kind enough to put me on their first call of the day. The technician was polite and thorough and fixed my unit. I remain a very satisfied customer. Service: A/C system maintenance

If I could give less then one star I would. Please do not even think about giving these people your business. They installed an HVAC at my mother's house that needed a new part. They replaced the part w/an old one that burned out two weeks after they installed it. They charged me $400. I called them and they never came out so I was forced to call someone else to help me. I have been calling them and speaking to David and he keeps blowing me off. So in essence Norca ripped me off and I am out $400. We have been using Norca for years as my family knew the original owner (and David's grandfather Manolo), but not even our family history got David to pay attention to this.
