3 stars only because the technician who came, Sergio, was very nice and knowledgeable. Made an appointment for service between 9-11am (I called before 8am) as my a/c stopped working entirely. I had to call several times for updates only for none to be provided, the girl I spoke to stated she could not provide me with an updated service time and that it could be at anytime. The technician did not arrive until nearly 3pm. First time using this company and the last. If an appointment time is given to a customer it should be honored or at the very least an update provided to them without them chasing for one. I was still charged the service fee of $99 even though they were several hours late. Service: A/C system repair
