Sean did an efficient job changing our worn out toilet flapper valve for a new one. He was friendly, informative, and I appreciate he being able to come earlier (which was well-communicated to us in advance, and 15 minutes before arrival) than scheduled which worked well for us today. I know a toilet flapper change may seem like an easy thing, but allowing a professional to do their job well is worth the money! I'm at the end of my rope with this company. They came recommended to me by family who used them for ages with zero issues but since going under contract with them for a new AC unit it's been nightmare after nightmare with them. I don't know if management has changed, if they are short staffed, or if they need to have better training in place but it took 5 different techs coming in and diagnosing 5 different issues to get to the heart of a problem with my system, none of which was actually the problem until they had someone from higher up come check out the unit only to diagnose something completely different. This happened multiple times. Not to mention on multiple occasions we have scheduled appointments that go unfulfilled. The latest one was scheduled on 1/17 for the following day. No one showed up. When I called in the evening I was told "there was no appointment on the schedule" then after checking with their manager they said the tech DID show up but no one answered the door. Th

The visit was punctual and cordial, the specialist extended professional and knowledgable evaluation of the system and functional requirements. Attention was given to both important detail and overall use for the considered replacements. A great experience.
