I was very disappointed by this company! I called to make an appointment and they said they will come the same day. I spend my entire afternoon waiting on them after which they called and said no one is coming today and re-scheduled me for the next day “first thing in the morning”. Again, I spend my entire morning waiting on them but no one called or reached out. Of course I called them and they said someone will call me. No one did! So I decided to call the main number again and obviously they saw my called ID and hung up twice. The conclusion is they are not reliable and they wasted me almost 2 days !

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to "inspect" the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
