My boss recommended this company to fix my roof. I had just gone through a bad experience with a previous roofer who was fraudulent and very unprofessional. I was skeptical as I didn’t trust anyone at that point, but I gave it a shot and called them for a consultation. I was greeted by Daniela Pinilla, one of their advisors, who broke down the steps and process of how everything would work with T&S. I was very pleased with her excellent customer service, knowledge of the company and roofing in general, and positive attitude, and I would recommend her to anyone! As the job got started, we were assigned a project manager, Sam Cuadra. He was nothing short of amazing! He was with us through every step of the way, and very attentive to my parents’ concerns/questions. I called many roofing companies looking for a quote to get some minor work done. T&S was one of only two who actually came out to inspect the roof. All the others simply sent me quotes for a full roof replacement. When the technician, Milton, did his inspection, he said I very clearly did not need a new roof and instead drew up a quote for the minor fixes in addition to a separate quote for a new roof, should I choose to still go that route. While T&S was not the least expensive quote, they very clearly were the most professional and honest of all the companies I came across. Once they got to the house, we discovered some additional items that needed addressing. They quoted me a price immediately and easily incorporated the additional work into their schedule. Would 100% use them again no question.
