Josh, the owner, was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the details and answering my questions. Although I had a lot of questions, he never rushed me or made me feel like I was imposing on this time. The pricing was roughly 1/2 or less than all the local contractors I contacted in the Orlando area. And he uses Trane equipment, not offbrand, or builder grade equipment! Two of his servicemen, Luke and Joe, were very professional and polite. They worked steady and hard, and did a quality job that anyone would be proud of. His pricing is exactly as quoted and advertised, no surprises, no hidden charges, or anything else. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and material and their pricing. Other company charging me $7,500 for 15 seer heat pump and TAM9 air handler.. they kept me waiting for two weeks but they keep saying unit that I want is out of stock.. Good thing I got tired of waiting and called this company. They only quote me for $5,400 and even upgrade my Thermostat to the one that has wi-fi control so I can set the temperature wherever I am. They didn't even ask for a down-payment when I asked how much they want. They just said pay them after the job is done. If I can give them a hundred star I will. So happy with the service.
