Wow, what great customer service, one year and a month later, I emailed around 6 AM that our air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was 78 degrees in my bedroom. My thermostat was set on 75. He had his technician here by 9:30 AM and it was a clogged drain so I will not be hot tonight. Thank goodness for the great responsiveness. They installed my air conditioner one year ago plus so there was no warranty on the labor but he showed up and I was jumping up and down that they were here. This is such a terrible time to have the air conditioning go out. Thank goodness there’s still companies out there that are customer service oriented. Thank you so much.
