I inquired online regarding specs on a new roof and was immediately contacted by Seth Garrett. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I signed and paid online and within a week or so, I was notified that the crew was coming out. The crew were very nice and professional. It took less than 2 days for the roof. They had to replace some rotted wood on the chimney and some plywood but I was very happy with the end result. I also used them for my gutters. I came home and had new gutters. Rowe Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our roof and they found several issues that needing repairing. Juan and his team were professional and hard-working and cleaned up everyday before they left. The crew takes pride in their work and it shows. We called a few different roofing companies in town and Rowe Roofing was totally different. The staff are amazing. We personally dealt with the office manager, Stephanie, the scheduler, Megan, and the owner. Every single person was amazing, easy to work with and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and had us scheduled very fast. When the other roofing companies came out they said we needed a complete repair, when Rowe came out they said we needed sealant only. The workers are honest and professional and not looking to rip anyone off for an extra buck. 100% the best roofers in Tallhassee with the best employees, we won’t go with anyone else!
