I was so thrilled when I called McNally Plumbing on a Saturday. Someone actually answered the phone. I explained my issue and was told to meet them at the site at a certain time and date. Then my disappointment came to reality. Appointment was set for 9:00 am. We waited until 9:30 am. No phone call. I called to confirm appointment. I originally talked to Mike. The gentlemen I talked to today did not identify himself and told me if I wanted to get another plumber, please do so. I told him I would like to remain with McNally and was told Mike would definitely be at the jobsite. No phone call. I left another message at approximately 4:48 pm. It is now 8:21 pm. I am in the sales business and work with buyers and sellers. We often encounter situations where we need a professional. I thought I truly had found one. I am wrong. I saw all the rave reviews and felt I was in good hands. I have let my company know this is not a company to trust. So very disappointe

We are new to the area, so McNally was recommended by our neighbors. Mike came by and helped us out. Not only did Mike help but he was a wealth of knowledge for us being new to the area. It's one thing to get good service but we really appreciate meeting good people! Especially being new to an area. I highly recommend if you're in need of a plumber in the Mount Dora area.
